Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager oversees all warehouse operations, including inventory control, staff supervision, and logistics coordination. Based in the UAE, this role ensures the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods, while maintaining health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in modern warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day warehouse operations and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

• Monitoring inventory levels and implementing stock control measures.

• Supervising warehouse staff and organizing work schedules and duties.

• Coordinating with procurement, logistics, and sales departments for smooth operations.

• Ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and hygiene standards.

• Maintaining accurate records of shipments, returns, and warehouse movements.

• Optimizing storage space and layout for maximum efficiency.

• Conducting regular audits and reporting warehouse performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience in the UAE.

• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Familiarity with local customs, import/export procedures, and transport regulations.

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
