UI/UX Designer

A UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences for users. This role combines creative design with user-centered thinking to improve how users interact with websites, mobile apps, and software platforms. The UI/UX Designer conducts user research, creates wireframes and prototypes, and collaborates with developers and stakeholders to bring the best user experiences to life. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for improving user journeys through thoughtful design.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to understand needs and pain points.

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate design ideas.

• Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement designs that align with business goals.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine user interfaces.

• Ensure consistency in design language, branding, and visual elements across all platforms.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

• Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user interactions.

• Balance aesthetics with functionality to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

• Ensure responsive design principles are applied across all devices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.

• Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus).

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Detail-oriented with a user-first mindset.

• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.

• Team player with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
