Technical Solutions Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Technical Solutions Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for problem-solving. In this role, you will work closely with our sales and development teams to understand our clients' technical requirements and provide them with the best solutions to achieve their business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their technical needs, goals, and challenges

- Collaborate with our sales and development team to design and present customized technical solutions to clients

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation and troubleshooting process

- Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends to provide the best solutions to clients

- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of our current technical solutions and make recommendations for improvement

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical solutions or sales role within the technology industry

- Strong understanding of software development, networking, and cloud computing

- Proven track record of successfully delivering technical solutions to clients

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools

- Knowledge of relevant software and programming languages is a plus
