Job Description
The strategy & marketing manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve the organization's goals and objectives. They will analyze market trends, identify customer needs, and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns. The strategy & marketing manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and competitive advantages.
- Identify customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach the target audience.
- Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to align marketing and sales strategies.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing materials, including digital and print collateral.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Drive the development of marketing plans for new product launches.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on strategy development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
