Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Solar Energy Technician to install, maintain, and repair solar power systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in photovoltaic (PV) systems, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting solar equipment.


Responsibilities:

  • Install, test, and commission solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on solar panels, inverters, and related components.
  • Conduct site assessments and prepare reports on solar energy potential.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in solar power systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Work with engineers and other team members to optimize solar energy performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and inspections.


Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in installing and maintaining solar PV systems.
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and solar technology.
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites.
