SEO Lead

The SEO Lead drives the strategy and execution of search engine optimization efforts to improve online visibility and organic traffic. This role manages all technical and content-related SEO activities, working with internal teams to ensure adherence to search engine guidelines and local digital marketing practices in the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for local and international markets.

• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements.

• Oversee keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.

• Monitor SEO performance using analytics and reporting tools.

• Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with content, web development, and marketing teams.

• Optimize for mobile, speed, and user experience in line with SEO trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• 5+ years of SEO experience with a track record of results.

• Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and website architecture.

• Excellent analytical, reporting, and project management skills.

• Familiarity with regional search trends and UAE-based SEO compliance.
