Senior CRM Executive

We are looking for a data-savvy and results-driven Senior CRM Executive to lead and execute CRM initiatives that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention. Based in the UAE, this role plays a critical part in enhancing customer experiences through segmentation, personalized campaigns, and lifecycle management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CRM strategies to support acquisition, retention, and re-engagement goals

• Manage end-to-end campaign execution across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app channels

• Analyze customer behavior and segment the database for targeted communications

• Optimize customer journeys by leveraging automation tools and lifecycle triggers

• Monitor and report on CRM KPIs including engagement, conversions, and retention metrics

• Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, and tech teams to align CRM with broader initiatives

• Conduct A/B testing and personalization strategies to improve campaign performance

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations

• Support the enhancement of loyalty programs and CRM infrastructure

• Research CRM best practices and stay current with digital marketing trends

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in CRM or customer lifecycle marketing, ideally within retail, e-commerce, or hospitality

• Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce, Braze, HubSpot, Oracle, or similar) and marketing automation platforms

• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign analysis and reporting

• Familiarity with customer segmentation, retention modeling, and journey mapping

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an asset

• Experience working in the UAE or GCC region preferred
