Senior Butler (Seasonal)

We are seeking a refined and service-focused Senior Butler (Seasonal) to provide bespoke guest experiences at a luxury property in the UAE. This role demands the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and personalized service, ensuring every guest interaction reflects our brand’s commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized butler services including check-in/out, unpacking/packing, and concierge support

• Anticipate guest needs and preferences to provide proactive, tailored service

• Coordinate with housekeeping, culinary, and front office teams to fulfill guest requests seamlessly

• Manage VIP guest arrivals and special occasions with meticulous attention to detail

• Ensure all guest amenities, suites, and common areas are presented to 5-star standards

• Maintain daily logs of guest preferences, service notes, and special instructions

• Oversee junior butlers and service staff, ensuring protocol and etiquette standards are upheld

• Handle special arrangements including dining, transport, and entertainment reservations

• Respond promptly and discreetly to guest feedback, resolving concerns professionally

• Support event and private function coordination when required

• Adhere strictly to confidentiality and safety protocols

  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality or private service, with at least 2 years as a senior butler

• Certificate or diploma in Hospitality Management or Butler Services is preferred

• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages such as French, Russian, or Arabic is a plus

• Impeccable grooming, etiquette, and cultural awareness

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays during the seasonal contract

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• UAE/GCC luxury hotel or private residence experience highly desirable
