Sales Executive - Used Cars

The Sales Executive – Used Cars is responsible for driving the sales of pre-owned vehicles through effective customer engagement, market knowledge, and persuasive selling techniques. Operating within a dealership or automotive showroom in the UAE, this role demands a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with walk-in and online customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.

• Presenting available used car inventory with complete transparency and product knowledge.

• Conducting test drives, explaining vehicle features, and addressing customer queries.

• Negotiating terms and finalizing deals in line with company pricing and financing options.

• Coordinating with the finance and registration departments to ensure smooth transactions.

• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the showroom and used car lot.

• Following up with prospects and past clients to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Meeting monthly sales targets and maintaining accurate sales records.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

• 2–4 years of automotive sales experience, preferably in used cars.

• Strong knowledge of car features, specifications, and UAE vehicle market trends.

• Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.

• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for automobiles.

• Fluency in English required; Arabic or other language skills are a plus.

• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
