Sales Executive - IT Job Information

The Sales Executive - IT is responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the IT sector. This role requires a deep understanding of technology solutions, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach. The candidate should be able to develop and implement sales strategies, engage with potential customers, and provide tailored IT solutions to meet their needs. The ideal candidate must have a strong sales background, knowledge of IT products and services, and the ability to close deals effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities in the IT sector

  • build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technology needs and providing suitable solutions

  • identify potential customers through networking, cold calling, and market research

  • present IT solutions, products, and services to potential clients, addressing their pain points and business challenges

  • negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals successfully

  • collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product specialists, to ensure seamless service delivery

  • stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market

  • achieve and exceed sales targets, preparing regular sales reports for management review

  • provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups

  • participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand professional networks and promote company offerings


Requirements:

  • bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in IT sales or technology-related business development

  • strong understanding of IT solutions, including hardware, software, cloud computing, and networking

  • excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software

  • fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

  • valid UAE driving license preferred
