Job Description

The Sales and Marketing Executive is responsible for driving business growth by identifying sales opportunities, developing marketing strategies, and building strong client relationships. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, market knowledge, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, creativity in marketing, and a results-driven mindset.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue.

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.

  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals.

  • Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and print advertising.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts, providing recommendations for improvement.

  • Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and industry conferences.

  • Ensure that all marketing materials align with the company’s branding and messaging guidelines.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar industry.

  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and digital marketing tools.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights to improve sales performance.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
