Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients, driving revenue growth through new business acquisition and existing customer retention.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals

  • Meet or exceed sales targets by selling products or services to prospective customers

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

  • Present product/service offerings, explaining features, benefits, and competitive advantages

  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements

  • Provide customers with accurate product information and pricing details

  • Manage the sales pipeline, tracking all leads and opportunities in CRM tools

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients

  • Attend client meetings and follow up on inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and materials that support sales efforts


Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently

  • Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively

  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office

  • Knowledge of the UAE market and customer behavior is highly preferred

  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus
