Retail Warehouse Logistics Manager

We are looking for an experienced Retail Warehouse Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in retail logistics, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities:

• manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• oversee inventory control to minimize losses and ensure stock accuracy
• coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and retail outlets for smooth distribution
• ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory guidelines in warehouse operations
• monitor and analyze logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement
• train and supervise warehouse staff to enhance productivity and teamwork
• optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and operational efficiency
• implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS)
• handle problem resolution related to logistics, deliveries, and stock discrepancies

Requirements:

• bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• proven experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in retail
• strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• excellent organizational and inventory management abilities
• knowledge of warehouse management systems and ERP software
• ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• excellent communication and negotiation skills
• understanding of health and safety regulations in warehouse operations
