Retail Space Manager

We are looking for a Retail Space Manager to oversee the planning, optimization, and performance of retail spaces across our UAE locations. The role involves ensuring efficient space utilization, enhancing customer experience, and supporting visual merchandising and commercial goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan and allocate retail space based on sales data and customer flow analysis.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams on store layout strategies.

• Optimize space utilization to maximize product visibility and sales.

• Oversee the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines.

• Conduct regular audits and evaluations of store layouts and performance.

• Manage fit-out timelines, store openings, and refurbishments.

• Coordinate with landlords, contractors, and facility management teams.

• Analyze sales and performance metrics to inform space decisions.

• Develop reports and dashboards on space productivity.

• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Interior Design, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail space planning or visual merchandising.

• Strong understanding of retail layouts and customer behavior.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and space planning software.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and commercial thinking.

• Attention to detail and creativity.
