Retail Banking Officer

As a Retail Banking Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and financial advice to clients. You will assist customers with their banking needs, such as opening accounts, processing transactions, and recommending products and services. Additionally, you will be required to meet sales goals and ensure compliance with banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with account opening and account maintenance
• Process various banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Provide financial advice and recommend products and services based on customer needs
• Meet sales targets and goals set by the bank
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in banking or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with banking software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferred
