Resident Engineer

We are currently seeking a talented and driven Resident Engineer to join our team. As a Resident Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all construction projects in our community. Your primary goal will be to ensure the timely and successful completion of all projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.

- Monitor the progress of projects and make any necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.

- Work closely with contractors, architects, and other professionals to plan and execute projects.

- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.

- Review and approve all project plans and specifications.

- Create and maintain project schedules and budget estimates.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders and provide updates on the progress of projects.

- Keep detailed records of project milestones, payments, and expenditures.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.

- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.

- Prior experience working on residential construction projects is preferred.

- Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.

- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
