Relationship Manager

Job Description:

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and working with the sales team to close deals. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the industry and market trends.

• Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
• Resolving client issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Work with sales team to close deals
