Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and professional experience while managing various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Provide information, assistance, and directions to visitors and clients.
  • Issue visitor badges and maintain visitor logs.
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
  • Send appointment reminders and confirmations.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Assist with mail and package shipping and tracking.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Monitor and control access to the building or specific areas, as needed.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing emails, faxes, and correspondence.
  • Relay messages and information accurately.
  • Maintain and update appointment calendars for meeting rooms and staff.
  • Coordinate meeting room reservations.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications are a plus).
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and welcoming demeanor with strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and basic computer applications.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality.
