As an Off plan-Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Actively engaging and consulting with potential buyers and sellers.
  • Curating real estate investment strategies for the clients.
  • Creating strong relationship with various developers.
  • Conducting market research, property publishing, and negotiating sales contracts.
  • Actively using social media for personal and company branding.
  • Attend networking and developers' events to gain market and client exposure.
  • Updating the sales pipeline in the CRM.
  • Achieving set monthly KPI's.
