Property Manager

A Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of rental properties such as residential buildings, commercial spaces, or mixed-use developments. They handle various tasks, including tenant management, rent collection, property inspections, and maintenance coordination. Property Managers ensure that properties are well-maintained, meet regulatory requirements, and generate a positive return on investment for property owners.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and market vacant rental units to attract potential tenants.
• Screen and select tenants through background checks, credit checks, and rental history verification.
• Collect and process rental payments, including late fees and security deposits.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors and vendors.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, materials, and processes.
