Procurement Controller

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented procurement controller to oversee and manage the procurement process, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies. The role requires strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and expertise in procurement and supply chain management.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control procurement activities to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Evaluate and manage supplier relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Analyze procurement data and prepare reports on spending, vendor performance, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments to determine purchasing needs and budget requirements.
• Track inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
• Mitigate procurement risks by identifying and addressing potential supply chain disruptions.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing management.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple procurement projects
