People Solutions Manager

The People Solutions Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent knowledge of HR best practices, and the ability to build and maintain positive employee relations.

• Managing employee benefits and compensation programs

• Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
