Passenger Service Agent

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Passenger Service Agent to join our airport operations team. As the first point of contact for travelers, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and efficient passenger experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with check-in procedures, issuing boarding passes, and luggage tagging

• Provide information regarding flight schedules, delays, and boarding gates

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special service requests with professionalism

• Ensure compliance with airport security protocols and airline procedures

• Coordinate with other airport departments, ground staff, and flight crews

• Assist passengers requiring special attention, such as unaccompanied minors, elderly, or individuals with disabilities

• Manage lost and found inquiries and baggage issues

• Maintain records of passenger interactions and transactions as required

• Uphold airline and airport standards for appearance, behavior, and customer interaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or travel is a plus

• Prior experience in customer service, ideally in an airport or airline environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure or during peak travel times

• Proficiency in computer systems and reservation/ticketing software

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts

• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are highly desirable
