Job Description

A Passenger Service Agent is responsible for assisting passengers at an airport or transportation hub. They provide customer service, handle check-in procedures, verify travel documents, and assist with boarding. Passenger Service Agents also address passenger inquiries and ensure compliance with security protocols.


Responsibilities

  • Greet passengers and assist with check-in procedures.

  • Assist passengers with special needs or requests.
  • Ensure compliance with security procedures and regulations.
  • Handle lost and found items or baggage claims.
  • Address passenger concerns or issues in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with airline staff and other departments for smooth operations.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations.
  • Knowledge of airport operations and security protocols.
