Responsibilities

  • Generating leads and new business opportunities for residential kitchen projects.
  • Conducting outdoor sales activities to promote the company's residential kitchen products and services.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients to achieve sales targets.
  • Providing product demonstrations and consultations to customers to showcase the features and benefits of the residential kitchen products.
  • Collaborating with the design and installation team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Negotiating pricing and terms of sale with customers to secure profitable deals.
  • Keeping up-to-date with market trends, competitors, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
  • Preparing sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Attending industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network and expand customer base.
  • Providing excellent customer service and post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in outdoor sales, particularly in residential kitchens or home improvement sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
