Network Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking technologies, security protocols, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• design, configure, and deploy network solutions, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
• monitor network performance, identifying and resolving connectivity issues efficiently
• maintain network security by implementing firewalls, access controls, and encryption protocols
• collaborate with IT teams to optimize network performance and support business operations
• conduct regular network assessments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and security policies
• troubleshoot hardware and software network issues, providing timely resolution
• document network configurations, procedures, and changes for reference and audits
• stay updated with emerging networking technologies and best practices

Requirements:

• bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• proven experience as a network engineer or in a similar role
• strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, VLANs) and network security principles
• hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or other network equipment
• familiarity with cloud networking solutions and SD-WAN technologies
• CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certification preferred
• excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in high-pressure environments
