Merchandiser

The Merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring optimal product placement, stock levels, and visual presentation across assigned retail locations within the UAE. This role plays a key part in executing the brand’s retail strategy by analyzing sales trends, coordinating with store teams, and implementing promotional displays to drive consumer engagement and sales. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Visiting retail outlets regularly to ensure proper product display, pricing, and stock levels.

• Coordinating with sales and marketing teams to implement promotional strategies and seasonal campaigns.

• Monitoring inventory levels and replenishing stock to avoid shortages or overstock situations.

• Analyzing sales data to understand product performance and make recommendations for adjustments.

• Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.

• Building strong relationships with store managers and staff to facilitate effective merchandising execution.

• Preparing regular reports on merchandising activities, competitor insights, and sales feedback.

• Identifying new opportunities for in-store branding and customer engagement.

• Supporting new product launches with appropriate display and promotional planning.

• Maintaining awareness of market trends and consumer preferences in the UAE retail sector.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or retail sales, preferably within the UAE.

• Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques and retail operations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and merchandising software/tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with store teams.

• Ability to travel frequently between retail locations across the UAE.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
