MEP Estimator

We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented MEP Estimator to support our UAE-based construction and engineering projects by preparing accurate cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Review project specifications, drawings, and tender documents.

• Prepare detailed MEP cost estimates for projects.

• Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for estimates.

• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to obtain quotations.

• Evaluate and compare supplier and subcontractor pricing.

• Participate in value engineering and cost optimization exercises.

• Prepare pre-tender estimates and post-tender analysis.

• Assist in preparing bid documents and project budgets.

• Maintain and update cost databases for future projects.

• Support project management teams during execution with cost data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 4–6 years of MEP estimating experience.

• Proficient in estimation software (e.g., Candy, CCS, Bluebeam).

• Strong understanding of construction and MEP systems.

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
