Material Handling Coordinator

The Material Handling Coordinator oversees the movement, storage, and control of materials within a warehouse or industrial facility. This position is vital to ensuring inventory accuracy, safety, and timely delivery of materials to various departments, all in compliance with local UAE logistics standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate receiving, storing, and distributing materials efficiently.

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.

• Ensure safe handling, labeling, and storage of materials in compliance with safety standards.

• Liaise with procurement and warehouse teams to manage material flow.

• Operate or supervise the use of forklifts and other handling equipment.

• Assist in periodic stock audits and reconciliations.

• Prepare reports related to material movement and usage.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in material handling or warehouse coordination.

• Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.

• Ability to operate material handling equipment (license preferred).

• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Understanding of UAE safety and logistics regulations.
