Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize the movement of goods and materials across our UAE operations. This role ensures timely deliveries, proper documentation, and seamless coordination with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules.

• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and warehouse teams to track shipments.

• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and customs documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of shipping, receiving, and inventory logs.

• Resolve issues related to delays, damages, or misrouted deliveries.

• Prepare shipping documentation such as invoices, bills of lading, and delivery notes.

• Monitor logistics costs and identify areas for savings.

• Support logistics planning for large-scale deliveries or seasonal demand.

• Use ERP systems and logistics software for scheduling and reporting.

• Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams for inventory alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain coordination.

• Strong knowledge of UAE customs, shipping regulations, and documentation.

• Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Excel.

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
