Job Description
The Key Account Manager-Industrial is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with key clients in the industrial sector. They will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products and services to clients. This role requires strong business acumen, industry knowledge, and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Understand clients' business objectives and align company offerings accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of the industrial sector and market trends.
- Strong business development and sales skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Result-oriented and self-motivated.
