We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow strategic client accounts across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue through tailored solutions and account development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow key client accounts, acting as the main point of contact
Develop a deep understanding of client business needs, challenges, and opportunities
Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and service solutions
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account value
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery
Monitor account performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics
Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and service agreements
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle any escalations proactively
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to align on goals and performance
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or client servicing
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
Ability to manage multiple accounts with a strategic and consultative approach
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus
Understanding of the UAE market and business culture
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
