Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Executive to manage and grow strategic client accounts across the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining long-term partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue through tailored solutions and account development strategies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key client accounts, acting as the main point of contact

  • Develop a deep understanding of client business needs, challenges, and opportunities

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers

  • Prepare and deliver customized proposals, presentations, and service solutions

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase account value

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery

  • Monitor account performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics

  • Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and service agreements

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and handle any escalations proactively

  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to align on goals and performance

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • 3–5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or client servicing

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with a strategic and consultative approach

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus

  • Understanding of the UAE market and business culture

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
