Interior Designer (Office furniture)

Interior Designer 

·       Designs interior spaces, including permanent architectural details and temporary elements.

·       Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical layouts

·       Strong graphics and visualization skills to communicate design ideas

·       Creates idea boards to communicate design concepts to clients

·       Assesses and meets client requirements through regular meetings and conferences

·       Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finished projects using computer-aided design programs ArchiCAD AutoCAD, 3Dmax, SketchUp, Lumion 3D, Photoshop, V Ray and hand-drawing skills.

·       Selects design strategies and color palettes to create cohesive and aesthetically pleasing environments
Enhances and improves interior spaces’ functionality by modifying architectural elements and arranging furnishings, artwork, and décor

·       Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures

·       Must have experienced in preparing BOQ

·       Performs research and maintains a working knowledge of trends and new developments in the interior design and architecture worlds

·       Adheres to national and local building and safety codes with every design element

·       Works closely with various colleagues, including architects, artists, contractors, painters, upholsterers, and building inspectors

·       Managing/adhering to any communication/task given by the Director

REQUIREMENTS

Ø  An architecture graduate preferable

Ø  Minimum Experience- 0 - 2 Years

Ø  Experience in interior design / Office furniture preferable

Ø  Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills.
