Industrial Engineer

We are hiring a skilled Industrial Engineer to optimize production processes, improve systems, and enhance operational efficiency for our UAE-based projects. The role involves a strong focus on quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes, workflows, and resource utilization.

• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to systems and procedures.

• Develop layouts, process flows, and production schedules.

• Implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

• Conduct time and motion studies to optimize operations.

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams.

• Prepare cost estimates, project budgets, and reports.

• Evaluate supply chain and logistics processes for improvement.

• Support automation initiatives and technology integration.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, logistics, or consulting.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and ERP systems.

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement tools.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• UAE experience is preferred.
