An Indian Chef is responsible for preparing and cooking authentic Indian dishes that are rich in flavor and tradition. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes using traditional cooking methods.
• Create new and innovative Indian recipes to add to the menu.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
• Train and supervise kitchen staff in Indian cooking techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to develop menu options and specials.

• Manage food costing and wastage to maximize profitability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Indian Chef in a professional kitchen.
