Job Description

The HR manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. This role plays a crucial part in developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives and create a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.


Responsibilities:

  • develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws

  • oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies

  • manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing workplace concerns effectively

  • implement performance management systems and provide guidance on employee development plans

  • develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity

  • ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and best HR practices

  • manage compensation, benefits, and payroll-related functions in coordination with finance teams

  • foster a positive work environment by promoting engagement initiatives and company culture

  • support management with strategic workforce planning and succession planning efforts

  • keep up to date with HR trends and innovations to improve processes and employee experience


Requirements:

  • bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

  • minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry

  • strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices

  • excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and develop teams

  • experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions

  • strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and reporting

  • proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and applicant tracking systems

  • ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

  • strong communication and problem-solving skills
