The HR manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. This role plays a crucial part in developing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives and create a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws
oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies
manage employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing workplace concerns effectively
implement performance management systems and provide guidance on employee development plans
develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity
ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and best HR practices
manage compensation, benefits, and payroll-related functions in coordination with finance teams
foster a positive work environment by promoting engagement initiatives and company culture
support management with strategic workforce planning and succession planning efforts
keep up to date with HR trends and innovations to improve processes and employee experience
Requirements:
bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry
strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and develop teams
experience in handling employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
strong analytical skills with experience in HR metrics and reporting
proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and applicant tracking systems
ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication and problem-solving skills
