Job Description

The HR Analyst collects and analyzes HR data to provide insights and recommendations on HR initiatives. They create reports and dashboards, conduct research, and support HR programs and policies. The HR Analyst also ensures data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.


Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Prepare HR reports, presentations, and dashboards for management.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry benchmarks.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR programs and policies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems and databases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define HR metrics and set performance goals.
  • Provide support and guidance to HR staff on data-related inquiries.
  • Stay updated on data protection regulations and ensure compliance.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business analytics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as an HR Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle data securely.
