Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas in the hotel, including lobbies, corridors, and restrooms.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness standards in guest rooms, ensuring they are properly cleaned and sanitized.
• Oversee the laundry and housekeeping staff to ensure they are following proper cleaning procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of all hotel areas to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure all areas are properly maintained.
• Train and educate staff on proper cleaning techniques and standards to uphold the hotel's cleanliness.
• Manage inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed to maintain cleanliness standards.
• Respond to guest feedback and complaints regarding cleanliness promptly and address any issues.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to ensure a coordinated approach to cleanliness throughout the hotel.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and new cleaning technologies to continually improve cleanliness standards at the hotel.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services preferred
• Attention to detail and thorough cleaning skills
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with a team
