Head of Marketing

The Head of Marketing is responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy and execution to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This leadership role involves managing a high-performing marketing team, overseeing digital and traditional marketing efforts, and aligning marketing initiatives with the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.

• Lead and mentor the marketing team, ensuring performance goals and KPIs are met.

• Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, content creation, public relations, and events.

• Collaborate with product, sales, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.

• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI.

• Represent the marketing function in strategic business meetings and report on campaign performance and marketing effectiveness to senior leadership.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

• Experience with CRM, marketing automation tools, and performance marketing platforms.

• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a fast-paced environment.
