Estimation Engineer - Interior fit-out

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimation Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project specifications, and collaborating with design and project teams to ensure competitive and profitable bids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects including materials, labor, and time requirements

• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope of work to assess project needs

• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and ensure accurate pricing

• Assist in value engineering and cost optimization during the pre-contract stage

• Prepare and submit tender documents in line with client requirements and deadlines

• Participate in post-tender negotiations and clarifications when required

• Support project teams with budgeting and cost tracking throughout project execution

• Maintain a database of rates, suppliers, and materials for future reference

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in estimation, preferably in interior fit-out or construction

• Strong knowledge of materials, methods, and cost factors in fit-out works

• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Candy, Bluebeam)

• Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
