Job Description

As an ERP Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and managing enterprise resource planning systems to streamline business processes and optimize operational efficiency. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, configure ERP modules, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. You will also be responsible for monitoring system performance and ensuring data integrity and security.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ERP system implementation.
  • Configure and customize ERP modules to meet specific business needs and workflows.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to ensure system functionality and performance.
  • Provide end-user training and support during system implementations and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor system performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize performance and stability.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, security, and system backups.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of enterprise resource planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing ERP systems, preferably with a focus on modules such as finance, supply chain, or human resources.
  • In-depth understanding of ERP system architecture, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Knowledge of ERP best practices and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
