ERP Implementation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated ERP Implementation Engineer to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to gather requirements and design an ERP solution that meets their business needs

- Manage the implementation process from start to finish, including project planning, configuration, data migration, testing, and training

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and integration of our ERP system

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the implementation process

- Provide high-quality customer service and support, ensuring that clients have a positive experience with our software

- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends to make recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements

- Train clients on how to effectively use our ERP system and provide ongoing support as needed

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to guide clients through the implementation process

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP system implementation, preferably with mid-sized or large organizations

- Strong technical skills and knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics)

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients

- Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
