Emergency Physician

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Physician to deliver immediate medical care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries. Based in the UAE, this role requires quick decision-making, high clinical competency, and a commitment to delivering life-saving care in fast-paced emergency settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide rapid assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients in the emergency department

• Manage life-threatening conditions such as trauma, cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, and stroke

• Perform emergency procedures including intubation, defibrillation, and wound management

• Collaborate with specialists, nursing staff, and paramedics for coordinated patient care

• Stabilize and refer patients for admission or specialist intervention as necessary

• Interpret diagnostic tests, imaging, and lab results promptly

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with hospital policies

• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and medical protocols

• Participate in on-call duties and emergency response training programs

• Support the education and supervision of interns, residents, and emergency team members

  
  

Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution

• Board certification or fellowship in Emergency Medicine (e.g., ABEM, CCFP-EM, MRCEM, or equivalent)

• Valid UAE license or eligibility to practice in the UAE

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an emergency or trauma setting

• Proficiency in emergency procedures and critical care protocols

• Strong decision-making and crisis management skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
