Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities. The ideal candidate will ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team of electricians in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical work on-site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor the performance of electricians and technicians.
• Review electrical blueprints, specifications, and job requirements.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and testing of electrical systems.
• Ensure all electrical installations meet regulatory codes and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and safety reports.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other departments to meet project deadlines.
• Train and mentor junior electricians to enhance skills and productivity.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical supervision within the construction or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and electrical diagnostic tools.
• UAE driving license (preferred).
