Electrical Project Engineer

We are hiring an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to lead and manage electrical engineering projects across the UAE. The role involves coordination with clients, consultants, and site teams to ensure that electrical systems are designed, installed, and commissioned to the highest standards. The candidate should possess strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, and a solid understanding of UAE regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of electrical projects from design to commissioning stages.

• Coordinate project activities with contractors, consultants, and internal technical teams.

• Review and interpret electrical drawings, technical specifications, and engineering documents.

• Monitor on-site installations to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety standards.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, schedules, and records.

• Ensure that all work complies with local authority regulations and safety codes.

• Participate in progress meetings and provide accurate updates to stakeholders regularly.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures to avoid delays or issues.

• Support procurement process by evaluating electrical materials and vendor selections.

• Assist in testing, commissioning, and final handover of electrical systems to clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university or institution.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in electrical project management roles.

• In-depth knowledge of electrical codes, design standards, and UAE regulations.

• Strong communication and leadership skills for managing teams and coordination.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design or simulation software tools.

• Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel to various project sites.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
