The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company's products or services online. This role involves leveraging digital channels such as social media, search engines, email marketing, and website optimization to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, and content creation to maximize online reach and conversion rates.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and email marketing.
Optimize website content for SEO and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
Create engaging and relevant content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and digital advertisements.
Manage social media accounts, respond to inquiries, and engage with the online community to enhance brand awareness.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling visual and written content.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies.
Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, email marketing, and landing pages to optimize conversions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistency in brand messaging and campaign execution.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or SEO.
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights for campaign improvement.
Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
