Data Scientist

We are looking for an analytical and results-driven Data Scientist to transform complex data into actionable insights. Based in the UAE, the role will support data-driven decision-making by applying machine learning, statistical analysis, and data modeling to solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources

• Develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics

• Perform statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends and patterns

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and data strategies

• Visualize data and present insights using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar

• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to integrate models into workflows

• Monitor model performance and update algorithms as needed

• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with data governance policies

• Document processes, methodologies, and findings in clear technical reports

• Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, and data science tools and techniques

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in data science or analytics roles

• Proficient in Python, R, SQL, and relevant machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and algorithm design

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus

• Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is an advantage

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

• Fluency in English required; Arabic is a plus
