Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our database system. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into computer system and verify accuracy of data input
• Prepare and maintain records of data input
• Maintain confidentiality and security of data.
• Organize and file documents as per established procedures.
• Operate and maintain data entry devices and equipment.
• Generate reports and assist in data analysis as required.
• Respond to data inquiries and provide requested information.
• Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed
• Ensure data integrity and security

Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong typing and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data management software
