Creative Graphic Director

We are seeking a visionary Creative Graphic Director to lead the design team in developing innovative visual concepts and branding strategies. The ideal candidate will oversee creative projects from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and excellence in all design materials.

Responsibilities:

• lead and mentor the graphic design team to produce high-quality visuals

• develop creative concepts and branding strategies aligned with company goals

• oversee the design of marketing materials, advertisements, and digital assets

• collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging campaigns

• ensure brand consistency across all visual communications

• manage project timelines, budgets, and creative workflows

• stay updated on design trends and incorporate innovative techniques

• coordinate with external vendors, printers, and agencies for production needs

• present design proposals and concepts to stakeholders for approval

• maintain a strong portfolio of creative work and industry best practices

Requirements:

• bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field

• 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with leadership experience preferred

• proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• strong artistic vision and ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals

• excellent communication and project management skills

• ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects
