Contracts Engineer

The Contracts Engineer is responsible for managing the contractual aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. They review and negotiate contracts, identify and mitigate potential risks, and prepare contractual documentation. The Contracts Engineer also collaborate with project teams, vendors, and clients to address contractual issues and resolve disputes. They ensure that contracts are properly implemented and that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations.
